Health and performance have been central to my life for over a decade. My career began as a yoga teacher, where I developed a deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt, heal, and perform under the right conditions.

In 2012, I transitioned into health and nutrition coaching. I hold a B.S. in Biology and have pursued advanced education in nutrition and functional health through certifications, seminars, and ongoing mentorship under respected leaders in the field, including Meredith Paci and Austin Stout.

I work with both men and women who are ready to take ownership of their health. My focus includes hormonal optimization, digestive health, metabolic and thyroid function, body composition, and sustainable physique development. All are approached through individualized strategy and objective data.

The body is designed to perform. It simply requires the right inputs, environment, and accountability.

Every client journey begins with a strategic consultation. From there, I offer personalized one-on-one coaching and focused consultations tailored to your goals.

When appropriate, we utilize functional lab testing to guide decision making. Nutrition and lifestyle strategies are structured intentionally to create measurable, sustainable progress — not temporary fixes.

I meet clients where they are and I guide them forward with clarity, structure, and accountability.

Outside of my work, I hold myself to the same standards I set for my clients. I believe in practicing what I coach and continually evolving because optimal health is not a destination, it’s a commitment.
