Terms of Service & Coaching Agreement

Coach: Courtney Marino, Functional Health Coach

By enrolling in coaching services, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer

I am a Functional Health Coach, not a medical doctor, nurse practitioner, physician assistant,

registered dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure disease.

Coaching services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical care.

Clients accept full responsibility for their health decisions and outcomes.

2. Client Responsibility

Coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on client consistency, honesty, and

implementation. Clients are responsible for communicating with their licensed healthcare providers

regarding medical care.

3. No Guarantees

Coaching services do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort,

consistency, and personal circumstances.

4. Payment, Refunds & Autopay Policy

All coaching services are non-refundable. Autopay is cancelable at any time with a minimum of 15 days

written notice via email. Failure to provide notice may result in the next billing cycle being charged.

5. Communication Policy

Standard response hours are Monday–Friday. Weekend responses may occur but with slower

response times. Coaching is not an emergency service.

6. Check-In Policy

Check-ins must be submitted within the designated 24-hour window. Late check-ins may not be

responded to. On-time check-ins will be responded to by 7:00 PM the following day unless otherwise

noted. Missed or late check-ins are forfeited and do not roll over.

7. Time Off & Vacations

The coach may take time off. During these periods, check-ins may not be responded to until return.

Advance notice will be provided whenever possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Karmalistic Health and its coach shall not be liable for any

indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in coaching services.9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching are for the Client’s personal use only and may not be shared,

reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Professional Boundaries & Respect

Harassment or inappropriate communication may result in termination of services without refund.

11. Agreement & Acceptance

By enrolling in coaching services, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
